Elison & family enterprises is a Business registered by Registrar of companies, dealing in business of Real Estates and property management services, events management, construction and consultancy including transport services, merchandising, make exhibitions, display galleries, museums, trade shows, parades, occasions, markets, lotteries, charities, symposia, conferences locally and abroad

It was formed under the Motto “success beyond limits"

Achievement as March, 2015 to date

The Business has managed so far to acquire a number of contract services to small and medium business clients in the sectors of Real estates, property management and Tourism in the following areas: -

  • Business and Strategic Planning.
  • Marketing & Market Analysis

  • Touring Uganda and East Africa and tour guides

The Business has established a number of partnerships with various business around Kampala and other parts of the country we are in the process of expanding the network.

Services offered (in brief)

  • ( a) Standard management practices, work ethics plans, strategic and business expansion.
  • ( b) Undertaking Environmental Impact Assessment (E.I.A) studies.
  • ( c) Appraisal and evaluation of locally or foreign funded projects. Emphasis is normally placed on the impact and sustainability of these businesses in relation to the strategic targets.
  • ( d) Providing consultancy services in project accounting for new and old businesses acceptable to major financing agencies-Business diagnostic and evaluation are a core component of this area.
  • ( e) Providing automated solutions to conferencing and training events in form of equipment and others relating to electronic archiving.
  • We also seek to facilitate the provision of management services at the realistic market rates.

Attended training courses for trainee hotel service officers in Uganda Manpower Development Centre. They included: Basic Banking, Intermediate Banking, Advanced Banking, Foreign Bills and Letters of Credit, Banking Law and Cashiers Courses.

Attended the “Integrated Credit Management Course” – held in Kampala, Uganda organized by IPC, a Germany based consulting firm and Centenary Rural Development Bank and a formal sector bank with a microfinance portfolio.

Attended a two-day Microfinance Best-Practices Seminar organized by the Centre for Microfinance (CMF) of the Presto Project under USID.
